Hearken back a golden age when young ladies of noble stock were introduced to society at formal gatherings where social etiquette and ballroom dance was in order. Originating in France in the 18th century, the cotillion was a lively dance, having varied intricate patterns and steps. The word is derived from the French word for petticoat and has come to represent a formal ball, especially one where young women are presented to society.

Out of the grass castle, the Knights of the Ground Table emerge to do battle with their toughest foe: the gardening chore. Unflinching are they as they traipse through the labyrinths of the tangled garden in their noble quest to rid the land of those pesky weeds. Armed with various gardening implements: a watering can and hose for protection, a spade and trowel for battle, Sir Dugless is ready for action. Unfortunately the noble lord is suffering from a life lived full; his taste for the finest foods, ales and wines has left him not as agile as he once was. His watering can squeaks a little, his shield made from hose is a bit limp and he doesn't slip into his chain-link like he used to!

Family is important to us each in a somewhat different way. But what child does not long for the warm, loving environment of a parent's nurturing arms at some point in their lives? Later, when the child leaves the home, he or she recalls this feeling and this strengthens the bonds between parent and child, no matter what the distance of their separation.

Staddle stones were used for centuries in Europe to elevate barn walls off the ground, helping to keep grain dry and free from rodents. Resembling mighty toadstools, they are now used to decorate European gardens. Encourage moss to grow over your Staddle stone by rubbing a yogurt and moss mixture over the stone.

Tyrannosaurus Rex (Latin for King of the tyrant lizards), aptly describes this, the most majestically intimidating of dinosaurs. First unearthed in Montana, this awesome creature is thought have stood 18 feet above the ground and weigh up to 10 tons. Armed with several dozen large dagger-like teeth, a huge tail, powerful thighs, massive head and ridiculously small arms, it is no wonder that the T.Rex has been the star of so many monster movies.
